We act as an authorized representative of the plan member for purposes of disputing charges and interacting with providers and third-party collection agents.

If a negotiated solution is not reached reasonably quickly by our advocacy team, we select and engage legal counsel to represent the member.

If credit reporting occurs, we engage specialized attorneys to formally dispute it and, where necessary, file suit against the credit reporting agency.

In addition to resolving individual balance bills, we can negotiate global resolutions with providers to eliminate continuing balance billing issues.
